BNBeauty is an online store operating from the Sultanate of Oman, specialising in beauty and skin, hair and body care products. All prices shown are in Omani Rial (OMR) and include any fees stated on the order page.
2. Using the website
- You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only, and not to attempt to hack, disrupt or misuse it.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete details when ordering (name, phone number, address) and you are responsible for their accuracy.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity carried out through it.
3. Orders and prices
- Every order is an offer to buy and becomes binding only once we confirm it.
- We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as: the item being out of stock, an obvious error in the price or description, or being unable to verify the customer's details.
- If an order is cancelled after payment, the full amount is refunded to the same payment method.
- Prices and offers may change at any time without prior notice; changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.
- Discount codes and promotions have their own conditions, may not be combined with other offers, and may exclude certain brands or products.
4. Payment
- We accept cash on delivery inside Oman, and Visa and Mastercard payments on the website.
- If a cash-on-delivery order is refused on arrival without reason, we reserve the right not to accept later orders by the same method.
5. Shipping and delivery
Rates and timings are set out on the Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as weather, customs procedures or courier delays.

7. Products and information
- We take care to show products accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens, and manufacturers may update packaging or formulations without notice.
- Product information is provided for general guidance and is not medical advice. If you have allergies or a skin condition, consult a specialist before use, read the ingredients on the packaging, and patch-test on a small area first.
- Products are used at the customer's own responsibility and according to the manufacturer's instructions.
8. Intellectual property
All content we create on this website — logo, design, text and images — is protected and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission. Brand names and their product images belong to their respective owners.
9. Limitation of liability
We do our best to provide an accurate and reliable service, but we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the website or from using products contrary to their instructions. In all cases our liability does not exceed the amount paid for the order.
10. Privacy
We handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy, and we do not share it with any party except as needed to complete and deliver your order.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on the website at the time of your order applies.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any dispute arising from them is referred to the competent authorities in the Sultanate.
