🇴🇲 Shipping within Oman
- Free shipping on all orders over OMR 25.
- Orders under OMR 25: a delivery fee of OMR 2.000.
- Door-to-door delivery with Genacom Delivery in 1 – 3 days, and up to 6 days in some remote areas.
- Cash on delivery is available inside Oman.
🌍 Shipping to the GCC
- Shipped with DHL Express for OMR 6.000.
- Delivery takes 4 – 7 business days.
- The free shipping offer applies within Oman only.
- Any customs duties or taxes in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
📦 Order processing
- We start preparing your order as soon as it is confirmed, and notify you once it ships.
- Please double-check your phone number and address — the courier will contact you before delivery.
🔄 Returns & exchanges
- You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened or used products.
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, message us right away with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
💳 Refunds
- Once we receive the product and check its condition, the refund is issued to the same payment method you used.
- It may take a few days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
